How do you get Proxima in Mortal Shell 2?
Go from Marrowkeep to Widow’s Overlook, take the left ramp across the bridge into Black Ridge Pass, cleanse that beacon, then continue uphill into the Shattered Beacon and claim Proxima. That is the shortest documented open-world Shell pickup.
Proxima answers how do I leave the base body quickly? It does not answer which Shell is strongest. If you want the nearby dodge-focused alternative, take Tiel instead.
Route to Proxima
- Finish the prologue. You leave it at Marrowkeep and return to the base body.
- Travel to the Widow’s Overlook beacon. Both early Shell paths start here.
- Take the left ramp and cross the bridge.
- Enter Black Ridge Pass and cleanse the beacon.
- Continue uphill to the Shattered Beacon.
- Interact with Proxima to inhabit the Shell.
You do not need a later Shell first. You do not need to clear a boss on this path for the pickup itself. Get the body, then go back to the opening loop.
What Proxima is for
Use Proxima when the job is speed: a Shell before extra fights, then a return to Marrowkeep, Seals, and the first-beacon actuator.
