Gragu the Insatiable charges a punch and heals with Revered Heart. Take Vatra's Heart from the Temple of Vatra, then inhabit the tavern Shell at One-legged Wolf.
How do you get Gragu?

Gragu the Insatiable is locked until you take Vatra’s Heart. The body itself sits in a tavern at One-legged Wolf, reached from Widow’s Overlook through the Mushroom Village. Walk up to the Shell before you have the heart and the inhabit prompt stays shut.
This is not a first-hour pickup. Take Proxima or Tiel first. The kit list for every named Shell stays on Shell abilities.
What Gragu does

Revered Heart replaces ordinary innate healing. After a boss death the hearts are gone until you kill more enemies. That is why this body is for exploration, not for a locked arena you keep retrying.
Route to Gragu
- Start at Widow’s Overlook.
- Work through the Mushroom Village to the One-legged Wolf area.
- Note the tavern. Do not expect the inhabit prompt to work yet.
- Leave for the Temple of Vatra. Enemies get meaner the farther you walk.
- Follow that path to the altar and take Vatra’s Heart. Candle puzzles in the temple are extras, not the lock.
- Return to the tavern and inhabit Gragu.
The temple is the key. The tavern is only the body.
When Gragu is the wrong job
Stay off this Shell when you are still learning a Seal at Widow’s Overlook. Stay off it when the next fight is a boss you expect to die to. Farm hearts on trash, then walk in with a full set, or pick another body.
